This coupler is suitable to connect 2 USB cables with USB Type-C™ connectors, which allows you to increase the distance between your devices. The coupler follows the USB 3.2 Gen 2 specifications.
This offers a connection that can transfer 10 Gbit/s. Keep in mind that the total distance is not too big, since it may affect the quality of the signal. The maximum measurement of the cables should be 2 x 3m.
For longer lengths, it is better to use an active extension cable.
